1, printing fabric materials

   Material you are looking for print such as cotton, polyester etc. 

2. Printing Quantity 

   Most of the order. Printing design, job setup for an order will cost the same. Share those cost to each print it will cost cheap if you have a lager order to share. Some lager order we also provide free design.

3. Printing Design

    Printing designs will effect finial cost for printing. Logo details complexity, number of colors, printing size, and printing area will be the most important point you need to think about. for example, bigger size printing normally will expensive than small size, front and back A3 size printing with sleeve logo print will expensive than only a sleeve logo print.   

3. Printing Method 

    Each printing method have its cons and pros. printing methods are also a main key to control printing cost.  Below is the main cons and pros. You can also found out more information for the method in those tab under this guide

·         Embroidery

·         Vinyl Transfers

·         Sublimation

Screen Printing

Pros: cost effective for lager amount, last long, soft print, most materials, lager size print  

Cons: setup cost, expensive for small amount, extra cost for extra colors. Longer working timeframe, not the best option for multiple color, order have same design

 

Embroidery 

Pros: look professional, long lasting 

Cons: expensive and longtime setup cost, expensive, not suitable for light material, unable to do complex design on small area 

 

Digital Printing to Garment 

Pros: Low Min, Full color, quick setup for low quantity

Cons: running cost high, best results on 80%-100% cotton shirts, long time for lager quantity

 

Digital Photo paper transfers

Pros: quick job, cheap, multi-color print.

Cons: 30 times wash, 

 

Vinyl Transfers

Pros: long later, individual designs such as name and number, sharp color and edges. 

Cons: one color will be one layer, less than 3 colors. Unable to do complex details print, take times

 

Sublimation

Pros: professional, multicolored, color not fake

Cons: Polyester only, expensive, order process more than 1 weeks (need to alternation the fabric become shirt),
